Well im granny shifting to see really what kind of MPG I can get. Im at 17.3 right now and that is city (well where I live in FL is not like NYC, but it is still stop and go with traffic). Does that sound odd to anyone?

13 is my personal best, but I was only hammering it for about 60% of that tank. I figure if I try really hard, I can get it down to 10.

I was at 11.5 last winter. You know how it is. New car that likes cool weather. Now with business slow and gas up im trying something new. But don't get me wrong Tony when some punk wants me to tango with his fart can im always willing.
I do live in NYC and I'm always under 10 mpg. city.
The car's still a new toy though.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
Any honorable V owner should be 12mpg or less, of course I will kill for that kind of fuel economy:sneaky:.

I think 17.3 with a bunch of stop and go driving is pretty darn decent!
I'm at 20.6 on the current tank with maggie doing precious little whining if any. Mostly grocery-run-type stuff with some highway. Nothing spirited.

If it's all city I'm lucky to get 15 but it's usually closer to 13. With a 50/50 highway/street I average about 15.5.
Has anybody reset the avg. mpg before a track event? I'd be curious to know how she does under track conditions. I would guess 4-5 mpg.
I get 19-20 on my commute.
My best was 24.9 on a road trip.
