I have upgrade my non-nav to a nav and have the theftlock displayed. I do not have the vin. from the radio..my dealer does not know how to remove the theftlock with the TIS/TEC2 ..my wife is going to kill me if she doesn't get music soon.....

you need a vin
dealer can unlock it but they wont without it

im having a similar issue - my 07 escalade did not have navigation and i installed a nav unit part no 25890527. I had 2 dealers try to unlock it and both said they could not and gave me a correct part # of a non nav radio.

I am also on long island and if you were able to unlock it could you give me the dealer's name or phone # ?

Do you know what the part # of the nav unit you used on your 07 escalade?
