I could not find the appropriate info yet, but do I need to pay to be a supporting member first before I can receive this benefit? I want to hit the ground running, so do I need to donate to cadillacfaq.com?

Cheers,

Adrian

The VIN check is generally performed by some forum members as a courtesy to other members that are 'supporting members'. Here are the links to get you going in the right direction:

The Cadillac FAQ is setup & maintained by one of the forum members.

the FAQ is seperate and distinct from this forum. Different owners, different terms of service, etc.

Becoming a supporter here is a great way to say thanks to this forum and its members for the valuable information they provide, but it is NOT in our rules. In other words you dont have to. However, our folks dont have to run VIN checks for non-members either :)

Should the desire strike you to support the FAQ, thats great, but that has no impact here.

the difference between supporting members and non-supporting members is that supporting members are way cooler and could kick your ass too.

hope this helps
