I installed a set of B&B LT's and the extensions were required for the front O2's but not the rears.

Hope this helps.

Hey rob are extensions nessasary? or can you actually just cut and extend them? would there be a resistence difference when your O2s are switching back and fourth from .900 to .100 and almost get your tuning off?

you can just buy the 01 to 04 corvette o2 sims they are longer and work great.. no cutting and if they go out they will be under warrenty so you can get some new ones for free.

the only reason to get sims though is to pass inspections isnt it?

I don't quite understand your question but the wires just need to be longer. Either you need to make the pig tails longer, the connections on the car side longer, or add extensions. As far as the added resistance, it would be minimal and I doubt it would have much of an affect on the O2 sensor reading.

BTW, When you put the Headers in your probably going to want a ReTune Anyways.

I am still runnning the stock tune but this will only be for a short while longer.

Just put a little hair around the hole...

I didn't have any problem with it, maybe worse on the LS6's?

Everything that came off was packaged up so there were none there I take it. Post your results, I think youíll be insanely happy.
