Saw this on ebay and it's in my area. $25K is a bit steep but....wow.

Only 411 miles!! That really is low. I think it IS worth the 25K; that way anyone who buys it wont mistreat it. The only place that beauty belongs is in a museum. You can always restore an old car and then drive it, but they're only original once. I vouch to say that IS the best '75 Caddy in the world.

That's probably why he kept it...lol. He could never sell it! I'm sure all the triple white sold out first.

If Jonas McFeely had the $$$, he'd be all over that ride like white on rice. I would too if I had the $$$ and the extra large garage to keep it...

Love the car, love the color.

It's a '70s ride, it should have period colors.

Hi,

Neat car! I love the colors too. You can't order a new Cadillac with interesting colors these days - - so boring. I think the extra tacked on Fleetwood hood ornament someone stuck on this lovely 1975 deVille looks ridiculous and ruins the unique originality of the car to my eye. At least that is easily corrected. Someone should buy this gem! It would be lots of fun!

$25k is a ton of money when the 75 is just an old car. Not an eldo vert; not an early t bird. Just a Brougham.

My 2 cents.

The only thing that'd keep me from buying a car like that is the fuel economy. Somoene here will get mad, but for 25K, you are getting basically a brand new Cadillac from when Cadillacs were still Good quality cars. That's a car that if gas was not so expensive would be awesome to buy and drive. That's what I'd do with it. I'd love to have a car like that to drive every day that would be simply reliable. Not practical these days, but, even beat up 75s are reliable still after all this time.

GASP! (heart attack) That is BEAUTIFUL!

I once saw a 76 Fleetwood that was an estate car of equal cleanliness, like it had just rolled off the floor. They look beautiful! Oh man, I get chills!

I have no idea what's up with those extra ornaments though. I've seen them on tons of those models, yet they're way too gaudy to be something the factory did. Was it just a popular alteration?

I'd probably take off the one on the front. I love having the pop-up ornament in front of me when I drive to remind me what I'm behind the wheel of.

That car defines the term "mint"....even the color. I love it!

I'm suprised the owner is selling it via E-bay. I would have thought a car of that quality could potentially fetch more through Barrett Jackson?

"Just a Brougham" lol

Repeat after me:

They're all old cars.
They're all old cars.
They're all old cars.

Based on the prices being attained by "old" original musclecars this Cad is a total bargain. Lot more "presence". I'm not just saying that because I've just bought my first Cadillac because in an ideal world I would own a 70/71 Plum Crazy Hemi Challenger which I think is just a beautiful car.

But it's a sporty car you plant on a highway, mash the gas and aim at the Vanishing Point. It doesn't ooze class the way this "only a" Brougham does. As color is so personal I know other's won't think it is classy but I do. I think the interior is the killer for me. It's simply stunningly detailed and such a beautiful tone of green. The car demands to be owned by a suitably reverant Irishman who will baby it and take it out on St. Paddy's Day to make other Irish ancestor people cry.

If I had the dough, I wouldn't mind dropping it, seeing as how the car is virtually brand spanking new.

The only thing I was never crazy about on the Devilles is that extra window on the sail panel back there. Sort of un-Cadillac-esque. Typically Cadillacs allot privacy to those riding in the back.

Can you picture anyone turning handstands over a 1975 Deville? ... the Caddys of the mid-seventies were just things — shapeless, overweight lumps of iron and chrome and plastic that will not be missed when the last one has vanished into the primal mists from whence it came.

Longworth lol

He was wrong then, and he's pitifully wrong now.

Totally agree with the reliability issues. Also, parts were dirt cheap. I still would not pay much for that car.

You could buy a 96 Fleecewood Brougham for $6000 or so with only 40k miles on it. Also cheap technology and reliability.

I think the seller is missing out on displaying one of this model's nicest features - when all the windows are down, there's no b-pillar between the front and back. These things look really sweet on a cool summer night with all the windows down. It reminds me of a convertible with a rigid awning.

The 1974 Sedan deVille IMO was far better than the 75-76...due entirely to the revised c-pillar design on the 75-76's. The '74 still had the design from 1971, with the bigger 1974-76 overall design....beautifiul!

It's not a Brougham, it's a Sedan deVille.............
