I am throwing my stock wheels back on the escalade soon(within the next month) and after seeing the escalade's with stock 17's, I dont like how they are tucked. Has anyone put wheel spacers in to make the stocks come out more? Thanks!

I was thinking of doing the same thing - has anyone done this?

GM installs wheels with almost a zero offset for a reason. Adding offset or reducing backspacing causes added steering and bearing stress. If you want the wheels to sit closer to the edge of the fender lip get wider wheels and maintain the zero offset. IMO
As said above do not use wheel spacers on the stock wheels, only bad things can happen

Using wheel spacers, if it's the shim type spacer is bad. They effectively shorten the lug studs reducing the usable threads on each stud. Fewer threads mean more of a chance for the wheels to fall off while you're rolling...
The ONLY type of wheel spacer I've seen that I would consider using are the spacers that have studs in them and bolt to the hubs with your existing lugs. They're expensive, but IMO safe(r) than the shims. Still, they are cheaper than a new set of wheels and I've seen them available in different thicknesses.
