How do I put up you tube videos whenever I put up the link it just shows the code ?

and don't put any spaces in the tags. I did that just to show you what it looks like.

That didn't work it just shows a blank square look at the post I put up in the 08 CTS forum. I put the link in there just as you said above ?

I went and looked at your post and fixed it for you. It looks like you put the whole URL between the youtube tags. You just need the code at the end of the url. It should look like this for the video you wanted. Minus the space in the tag.

How about how to...post pics?

The way I post pics is to save the pic to my pictures.
Make a post and before you click to submit post click on manage attachments. then click on browse, Upload you pic from your computer and you should be all set.

personally about images, I like to host my images at imageshack.us
(i also host them on my personal webspace, but imageshack.us has lots of bandwidth)

just go to imageshack.us and choose to either upload a file (that the default) or click the url button and paste the url of the image
hit ENTER and imageshack takes a minute to process the file
i almost always use the direct link (the last one at the bottom)
but there are other options there that come in handy that they give you
