Hello, I am in the early stages of building something different. I want to take a 472/500 and shoehorn it into a 72 Pinto. When the laughter dies down I will explain!


From what I have been reading, The big Caddy is not much heavier than a small block Chevy and I have driven a couple pretty hot Eldos and fell in love with the torque.

So now the big question is how does the power/parts differ from the 472 to the 500? Will the bell housing from a Pontiac bolt up to the Caddy?
