Hello, I have a quick question about the steering wheel on my brougham. Presently there is a telescopic steering wheel on it, which is cracked. I am interested in replacing it, and have found one the same color, ect, however I notice there is no telescopic mechanism on the wheel. Is the telescopic lever on the steering column or the wheel? If it is on the wheel, can it be switched over to an original 88 wheel which never had it to begin with? Thanks.
