It looks amazing. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/car/428857091.html CaddyChillin77777 09-24-07, 01:20 PM im actually thinking of flying out to san fran and driving it cross country back to DC. it would look great in my garage right next to my blue 1978 lecab My_favorite_Brougham 09-24-07, 04:05 PM Judging by the condition of the engine bay, I'd say it's a 100,262 miles. Your typical California nutcase, or a scammer. Some folks just put down what they see, call it original, and play stupid for the rest of the transaction. They say it's not perfect and needs some things; that's a major hint that it's 100K+ the stated milage or SEVERELY neglected, mechanically at least. If the car has been driven that little, then it's probably frozen. In either case, the car isn't worth 30K. Maybe half that, if they're legit. Only a tenth that, otherwise. Just remember that Anderson Cooper isn't there "Keeping them Honest" - folks on Craigslist can legally say whatever they want (or whatever makes a buck). Greg CaddyChillin77777 09-24-07, 04:29 PM o ok thanks. before i would have bought it i would have flown out to examine it. thanks though | |
