bulb is fine. smaller filiment in bulb is flashing in headlight turn signal. all other bulbs flashing, other side working as normal. any ideas? i'm stumped.

Have you tried changing the bulb, i had the same problem and the bulb worked and appeared to be fine. It wasnt untill i acutally pulled the bulb out of the connector that i saw that it had burnt up the connector but had not blown. I used some electrical contact cleaner and put in a new bulb, problem solved. I seems that even a dirty ground can trick the car into thinking the bulb is blown. Hope this helps
