You can often find the GM dvd on ebay. I got one for the 2004 Pontiac Aztek that includes all manuals for all GM vehicles from 1980 thru 2005, including my '05 CTS. Cost is around $30. That's right - all those manuals are included on one DVD.

FSM consists of 3 manuals, probably 12 inches thick or more (total). Thousands and thousands of pages. Hope you have a ton of paper and toner.

Cheaper to buy hardcopy manual or DVD/cd.

Paper manuals are probably the easiest way to buy information.
There are many ways to access it electronically but most of them are designed for shop use and can be quite expensive.
