I will be in Orlando next week for the entire week. I need a place that is close to most theme parks with reasonable rates and is clean. Any help would be appreciated. If this is in the wrong section I apologize.

Well I don't know which theme parks your looking at but here is one site

http://hotel-guides.us/florida/universal-studios-orlando-fl-hotels.html

and another

http://www.orlandovisitor.com/

I own a Bed & Breakfast in Umatilla Florida. We are Clean, reasonable and safe, but about 1 hour away from Orlando. so that won't be of much help to you.

Good luck I'm sure some Orlando folks will be able to help you. I try to stay away from Orlando if I can.

I went to Disney in January. Stayed at the Comfort Suites in Kissimee. Really close to the parks, food, shopping and has a decent rate, clean, nice pool and was fairly quiet!

We will have transportation as we are driving. Disney is the choice of parks.

This is a great one, on the southern end of I Drive, which means its not crazy like the North end...traffic is horrible..can't move. Anyway Sweet hotel...upscale....rooms are usually 175 plus a night...its in between all the parks..this is my first choice....I am an avid park go-er. Its available from the 21-29th for $59.00 a night..ill pm you the discount rate link if you want it...Marriott should be releasing there ebrakes today or tomorrow..there around $70.00 a night...thats closer to disney..also is you have AAA or amex I know of some discounts....the cheapest your gonna get is a comfort in(Crappy) for the same price as the rosen...I would def..do that

Rosen is nice- we had a 2008 CTS Marketing team meeting there, and it seemed like a class joint.

PhantomCadillac: I need to check out your B & B. I'm right up the road in Leesburg.

I stay at the Rosen Centre every year for business meetings. If you can get it for under a hundred a night go for it. I have to pay $300.00 a night due to the demand at the time I stay there and its not worth it then.

Lady Danielle helped me out on this one and I greatly appreciate it. Looks really nice, will be there Monday.

When I went there I got a room at the Hard Rock Hotel right there at Universal Studios. Super nice place with a nice bar to relax in by yourself or with friends. Pool is heated and you can hear music underwater for what its worth. Bike trolleys back and forth to the park, food area. Margarittaville and other places right there as well.
