I have a 1993 Eldorado Touring coupe with the Northstar engine.
Just the other day I started the car up and it displayed the
"Service Engine Soon" warning. I brought up the codes and it displayed
Current-PO25 which is (Ignition control Module) 24x Reference Low Indicator.
I disconnected module connections and reconnected-they all look good.
The car has 40,000 miles and is garaged kept. I also reset or cleared the codes and the PO25 code returned. I disconnected the battery for a system reboot but the code came back. I also removed and cleaned the EGR vlv but it looked good before I cleaned it. I had a PO23 code in history but that cleared.
Note: The car starts up and runs normal
I would really appreciate any help.
Thanks
Buddy Dale
