1995 Seville STS won't start. Won't crank. Checked battery voltage and wires coming out of battery going to starter they read about 12.5. When i turn the key i get some clicking, but nothing will crank. Over the past week this happened a few times, but after turning the key off an on it would start up. The security system seems ok also.

Is the starter bad?

All fuses seem to check out ok. Is there a starter relay or solenoid? or most likely a bad starter?

Starter solenoid is on the starter. If you hear a click, the solenoid is working. The battery may still be bad. Have it load tested or swap in a known good battery as a test.

If you have a Delco battery grab the positive and giver it a good tug, might be ready to break, seen a lot of these this year on GM cars.
