Hey I have a 01 DTS, and have these two codes and am wondering what it would require doing to try to fix this myself...

P0741 - TCC System Stuck Off
P1860 - TCC PWM Solenoid Circuit Electrical

Does anyone know where the solenoid is located and how hard it would be to get to. Also what might need to be done to fix the TCC being stuck off...
