Hello all - Ive been coming here for a few years now, and let me say "thanks" for all of the great posts and information on this website!!! Anyways, on to my problem - I have a 97 deville, and the driver's side lowbeam headlight is out - Ive replaced the bulb 2 times now, and each time - nothing.... So, I start to dig a bit deeper - using my multimeter, the plug that goes into the bulb has a voltage of approx. 8.5 volts, but at the fuse box, there is nothing.... Testing the passenger side, there is a voltage of 11.86 volts - and the same at the fuse box. Now, Im not too familiar with the wiring with these caddys - but, it seems backwards to me to have some voltage at the plug, but none at the fuse box... Any suggestions????
