Well, just for a one night performance anyway. This has got to be one of the strangest stunts Lexus has pulled thus far. I cant imagine how a stock speaker system can possibly project far enough with the acoustics of the car to be heard clearly but... whatever...

Huh. I dunno, I think its kinda cool...wonder how it'll work out. The surround sound is purty much useless, being outside the car, but I'd bet money it is pretty impressive. :)

I've had stereo systems that could be heard plenty clearly from outside the car in that kind of environment.

But were they STOCK? The mark levinson in my 2002 LS430 was actually pretty shitty. I was really disappointed after all the hype I had heard about that stupid sound system.

The irony is, the Nakamichi unit in my 1998 sounds absolutely brilliant!

Marketing gimmick. All of Lexus is a marketing gimmick these days.
