I'm trying to paint the hardware for my 1977 425. The color is Corporate blue. I've tried Sperex and it's too dark. I've tried Seymour from Eastwood
and it's lighter and yet still too dark.
Has anyone dealt with this? Any solutions?

I am assuming that you are refering to all engine parts that are painted blue (oil pan, valve covers, manifold, etc...). I have not had luck finding the right paint. The paint is listed in this original color chip pamphlet:

I bought GM spray paint for 70s models at NAPA and it is too dark. The closest I could get was Chrysler blue from POR-15, its the closest I have found. See this color chip page from POR-15 (at bottom of page): http://www.por15.com/BEngine-Enamels-B?sc=2&category=1

I spent the money for tcpglobal 77 - 78 cadillac engine paint, and was disappointed. It was lighter, but still too dark. It was very close to the color for the metric bolts and nuts.
Local Autobody supply shop which has POR-15 products didn't have the Chrysler blue. http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/images/icons/icon8.gif This is pretty frustrating.
I found that VHT Sperex SP 136 with the statement Old Chrysler Blue on the label was close, but all the others are too green.

Duplicolor GM corporate blue, although not my favorite brand, seems to be reasonably close match.

That's what my motor was sprayed with. Looks good to me.
