On a few other forums, i have seen guides to peoples engines that go ahead its a PDF that is like a megapost and pretty much has all the information that anyone from the backyard mechanic to the idiot on the street, to the engineer would need.

The thing is, i would LOVE to put one together but it would mean alot of information gathering and i am busy doing another one as well. I was thinking have basic information as changing sparkplugs, oil, coolant, to even doing headgasket repairs and some other stuff like a common problem, codes ect.

It's called a factory service manual, buy one and save yourself the time...

 Raze is correct......Massage the Manual, Read the Read, and Do the Do. You need to do your own homework first. There is so much archived info at the top of these pages that Lord C. has to buy stock in a server manufacturer to store it all...........

It's true though. The N* really only has a few common issues depending on the vintage.

HG - mostly in pre 2000
A fuel rail problem on pre 2000
CKP - sensors in 2000 - 2003
Some rare mis-casted blocks resulting in failure

If you really want to get crazed read the TSB's on your year make and model

What else? Aside form those things the engine itself is pretty darn trouble free. All of these are documented and I think we all agree that following the maintenance schedule outlined in the owners manual is your primary defence against trouble.
