Maybe it's been replaced under warranty from the dealer 1 or 2 times already.
Additionally, it could have been replaced after the original warranty ran out. Check the bellhousing bolts to see if the threads have been worn off from repeated use.

Maybe some unscrupulous person has rolled the mileage ahead to prove how durable the HT-4100 really is.

Not really a special car and who knows what it looks like.

I took a look at a low mileage '91 on CL last month and it was Showroom new according to the owner.. and a rust bucket in person!

Makes for a nice 500 candidate....
