Here's the Vauxhall VXR8, which is the same as the Holden Commodore and the coming Pontiac G8:

and the platform will also be shared with Impala.

BTW it will be a cheap alternative to the CTS-V!

Actually, I dont know if that is going to be the new Impala or not. Living in Detroit, we see a lot of cool stuff before it comes out. The other day I saw a Chevy Lumina SS. Yes, a Lumina. It had the same body as the new Pontiac G8, just the chevy version. It looked GREAT. Very powerful looking car. I wish I had my digital camera with me at the time. It had manufacturer plates on it. There was no camo on the body whatsoever, and it had production type wheels on it.

Here we go...found what I saw:

I remember there was a video floating around a little while ago of somebody with their camcorder chasing after a Lumina SS that was in the Detriot area if I remember correctly, but it was red not white like that guys pictures showed

I saw that video also. Thats the previous model I believe. The one the Pontiac GTO is based on. The Lumina SS I saw was just like the white one...the picture I posted looks like it may have been the exact same one.

But I'm down for more vehicles using the LS2. Hopefully that will make the motor cheaper for me to obtain so I can toss it in the FTS :)
