Took CTS to Cavender Cadillac for cosmetic problem with windshield seal. It was popping up from top of windshield.
Service writer, Shep, took it in; got it replaced; I was out in no time flat. Lots of smiles on both sides of desk, as it was warranty work.

Also took LeSabre to Cavender Buick for alternator problem. Again, warranty work. Quick in and out. Great customer service here also.

I have been dealing with Cavender for years. Several brothers run the stores, and they have a reputation of taking care of employees. From what I see, they take good care of customers also.

I have avoided the other Caddy dealership in the area because of rumors that I hear about them.

Urby...I've been dealing with the Cavenders for 58 years since I bought my first real car from General Oldsmobile (a 1949 Olds Rocket 88...WHAT A CAR!!!). General Oldsmobile was owned by the Cavender family for a long time before it became Cavender Oldsmobile and then Cavender Cadillac.

In my 58 years of history with them, they are unquestionably the finest selling/servicing dealer I have ever encountered...regardless of the brand or location.
