I am starting to shop for a V and I am noticing that the knobs on the radio look beat up and have chips on some of the cars. Is changing those just a simple matter of pulling the old ones off and putting new ones on?

The buttons on the nav on most of the cars I have looked at so far look ok but the knobs are beat up pretty often.

Yep- the knobs just pull straight off. Easy to fix, even if your dealer doesn't want to cover it.
