: DVD operation bypass

Again, after searching the archves I did not find a conclusive answer. Has anyone figured out how to bypass the safety cut off on the DVD screen. OR have a wiring diagram and I will figure it out. Before all the flaming begins, don't worry, I don't plan on watching Spiderman at 80mph.

We're more worried that somebody will emulate the NBA star that was watching porn and engaging in self gratification right before he hit a string of parked cars.

Search some more as there are literally hundreds of posts on this dating back over two years worth of people trying and asking every 3-6 months.

If you would like to save the trouble then the short answer is no it has not been figured out and the wiring would not be of help as when you read the previous threads you will find that it was engineered with much more than a simple voltage switch to the shifter...

No flaming necessary...

That site is a waste of time. It's for a completely different NAV unit.
