Does anyone know the following info for a 2008 (NOT 07) SRX V8:

1. The Money Factor

2. 2008 SRX V8 Residual Value for 2 Years for 15,000 miles/year

3. Any Lease Incentives

Thank You

Kind of an odd question, what is "The Money Factor"? I can tell you that the residuals are not good on these, despite the fact that they do seem to hold up quite well with time. That's why you can pick up a 2004 model that stickered at $52k for $20k today. If you lease, why does it matter?

If you are ignorant, please do not post!

Residuals are pretty good when leasing from GM Finance.

2007 SRX money factor is .00165 or 3.96%--could be better

Residual values:

12k miles 24mth 65%/36 month 63%
15k miles 23mth 55%/36 month 53%

Current incentices are $2k cash, $1k conquest, $500 military

I believe these numbers are good until September...

Good luck!

Thanks a-hole. Some of us pay cash for our cars.

A-hole?

Paying cash for a car--especially one that depreciates this quickly--proves that you are ignorant!

Please, let's be civil, folks. There is room for buyers and lessees here. ( I do both depending on the car and situation.) Are the quoted lease figures also good for 2008 units?

My dealer told me the following for the 2008 V8 SRX:

-residual is 62% at 24 mos, 52% at 36 mos for 15,000 miles/year

-$1450 cap cost reduction

-wave security deposit

-5.5% interest rate with $1500 lease incentive(can I get a lower rate and still get the cap cost reduction?)

Can I do better on any of these variables?

Is the cap cost reduction the same as the rebate offered or in addition?

Is there any conquest cash on 2008?

Thanks

My incentive sheet says- no conquest.
If you have a current cadillac or GM lease then they will waive up to 4 remaining payments towards old lease. Plus $1000 towards cap cost reduction.
2008 SRX V8 24 mo. 15k miles is 63% (the V6 is 62%)
I show a $950 cap cost reduction incentive also.

So would be 63% resid. for 24 mo 15k/yr with $950 CCR if you drive something besides a GM vehicle. If you do then another $1000 plus up to 4 payments waived off old lease until end of July.

Thanks for the info.

What is the best interest rate I can get on the lease from GMAC while also taking the cap cost reduction/rebate?

Thanks

When your lease is up, what do you have to show for it?

I let someone else swallow $32k of depreciation by buying used, when I'm done with my SRX, at least I will get SOMETHING back. Plus, nobody tells me what I can/can't do with my car, because it is MINE.

I like these lease questions, I've alway purchased my cars. So now I'm interested in a caddy and want someting alittle more "upscale". Oh I may be "Ignorant" in these lease talks. But, I have to start somewhere. Thanks to those who contribute their thoughts and a constructive manner.
