My truck needed a bath. It hasn't been washed in awhile.

The Bronco is a friend of mine. He recently got it and is worried about it breaking, so I took it for a spin. I think I scared him...

The first run is not so good...I have to find a better approach so I can get higher up. The second run is better.

HELL YEAH!!!! Major points. What a fine choice of beer to be drinking while behind the wheel. :alchi:

FYI I did notice though that there isn't a gun rack on either ride. :shakeshead: :alchi:

Eh, when I'm drinking in public I leave the real guns at home. We bring out the Beeman pellet gun though...great fun, it'll take a crow at fifty yards if you're a good shot!

I must say I'm surprised...your 4Runner is the only foreign SUV in this thread....so far. :sneaky:

Haha, otherwise, cool pics! Seeing those reminds me how I'd kinda like a big body on frame 4x4....Tahoe/Suburban or Bronco.

His Bronco's got me on power, but that's about it. I've got more clearance, WAY better mileage, I'm narrower, shorter and a little bit lighter. I've also got a five speed and a cheap and easy solid front axle swap, if I ever want to...

I killed 2 Yotas myself.Very Very capable 4x4's,doing that will tear out the pinion bearings if you land hard enough. And if you land really hard the back window will explode at the same time.fun fun fun

Looks like fun. What kind of watering hole is that? Looks like all rock bottom.

It's what we call the Shad Pad. On the Yuba River. There's about five miles of shoreline that you can go 4wheeling in, most of it between one and three hundred yards wide, and the river is actually pretty decent for swimming. Where those pictures are taken is actually where I got out of the water a few weeks ago on my kayak trip.
Very popular hangout for the "redneck" crowd around here. :D You'll see a lot of beer, a lot of car-B-Q's, a lot of skiing behind pickup trucks...and a bunch of girls in bikinis that like to see guys do stupid things with their 4x4's. :D
