I'm thinking of trying this new wax from eagle one:

I've been using mothers car wash and McGuires Cleaner/Wax but I still want a regular wax to use after the cleaner/wax. I was going to get MG Gold Glass until I saw the NanoWax. Anyone tried it yet?

Parts store didn't have the nano wax so i got Meguiars nxt generation wax and quick wax. The stuff is really good.

Both Gold Class and NXT are cleaner waxes, as are about 95% of all waxes made. Products that are not cleaner wax products are Zaino, Klasse SG (both synthetics) P21S and Pinnacle are carnauba waxes without cleaners or abrasives. Nanowax is also a cleaner wax product. :)

It is so much cleaner stuff out there it is amazing... What is your cleaning process hvcone? I was trying to establish a system myself with the cleaner/wax, wax, and guick wax/detailer in between. I've yet to do the initial claying and polishing step though.

It depends on the age and shape of the car you are doing, on a new car I wash with Dawn to remove any oils or silicones from the paint, I then clay the car, rewash with Dawn and then apply your favorite wax. If I am doing a car that is a few years old I will wash with Dawn, then look at the car, if you have a problem with swirls or light scratches I would repair those with a product like 3M Scratch and Swirl Remover, if the whole car needs that I would use a buffer to apply the 3M, if the scratches are bad then I would use a liquid polishing compound first followed by a scratch and swirl product, after that I would wash again with Dawn and clay (if you have not buffed the whole car, if you buff the whole car there is no need to clay at that time), however claying at least once a year will keep you car looking better and it will also allow your wax to last longer because the wax can grip the paint better, follow that with your favorite wax. Synthetic waxes like Zaino or Klasse SG will outlast carnauba waxes at least 4 to 1 in durablity. :)
