I missed the last one in 06 (out of the country).

How about we put together another one?

Reed?

I'm out if it's in Mexico again!

Otherwise I'm in.

Recommend skipping the bake-off and actually have the meet later on the calendar with sane ambient temperatures.

Unless of course you enjoy a holiday bake-off.

I'm down...as long as I'm in town. Just say when and where. I think the beach in the am is a good suggestion.

Here is something to think about.

My buddy owns a parking lot right off Venice beach on Market st.

He says that if we want to come down in the summertime, we can use the lot from 9 to 11 (we buy him breakfast).

During winter we can stay longer.

parking lot right off Venice beach on Market st.

great place to meet - the boardwalk there are full of heavenly sights to stargaze, even in the daytime, plus parking is extremely difficult to get there most times; count me in. it should be fun....

Summertime parking sucks to.

That is why he will only give me a 2 hr window till 11am.

After that we gotta pay:eek: and it isn't a little either.

He said wintertime, when it is less crowded,we can hang longer but also less of a reason to go there.

Believe me, 2 hours on the Venice boardwalk is a long time.

My interest is that if we get there earlier enough, right at the end of the street is a turnaround that might make a nice backdrop for a car pic.

I have been down at the lot when there is a movie shoot going on.

The lot is rented for all the trailers and equipment.

A zoo, but my buddy is happy as hell.

He doesn't move a car all day and his lot is full.
