Hi, i'm going to be buying a cadillac escalade in a few days. I wanted to know how the navigation system is on it? Ive been looking around for friends online but couldn't really find anything.

Is it worth it? It looked very usefull to me. I don't want to go aftermarket because I like the stock look.

I have a cts with navi, and i dunno if its the same but it probably is) and the navi is defn worth it! Only bad part is if you wanna put in an aftermarket head unit life becomes compliacted. I think the stock look is better anyway.

Cool! Sounds good. The dealer ship that ive been working with doesn't have any models with navi on their lot.
I looked at some pictures of it and there is little street signs on the right side of the screen. Is that to show up coming streets? If so that would be super cool!

Also, does the stereo go through the navi? It looks like it does..

I got the navi-sytem and it is great. The current DVD is at least two years behind, so if you live in a new area I would negotiate with the dealer that they will give you the new release dvd when it comes out.
