okay so ive got a 1985 brougham and the stop lamp that goes in the window went out. i went and got some replacement bulbs to stick in but the bulb does not want to come out of the assembly.

ive pulled and twisted a bunch but i dont want to break it and have it be REALLY hard to get out. any ideas? thanks

My '85 doesnt have and never came with a stop light/3rd brake light in the rear window. Weird. Maybe it was an option?
