My '93 FWB sounds like it has an aquarium under the dash. I guess it is coolant gurgling through the heater core. Any idea what the problem might be and how to fox it? Thanks!!

Two things: check the level of the coolant, it may be low. Second, reverse flush the core. A plugged core will also cause this.
