Anyone have a link to a pic of this option installed? I am curious to see it.

My best guess would be to try ebay.. You should find some pictures of old Cadillacs and if you're lucky, you'll find one with the option installed. My Father had one in his 1980 Eldorado Biarritz...

Here's one in a Seville; good call on ebay Sal. How do you use it, though? I don't see the controls.

Yeah my folks had a few caddies but never got one with that fancy cassette player. That '79 deville sounds like a dream come true. Sorry to hear it got away.

I've got that in my '87 fleetwood d'elegance. There is a little switch and a squelch dial just above the preset staion buttons. You click it over and tune the channel with the stereo tuner knob. I'm going to be switching to a CD deck soon. Does anyone know if the CB part will interfere with that or make it harder to install?

My 85 Brougham had the factory CB. I played with it for about 5 minutes, couldn't find a single soul to talk to me over it. Thats when I ripped it out and put my Alpine CD deck in. I couldn't figure out how to get the mic out, so I just snipped the wire for it under the dash. Alpine works great, no problems with the install.
