I am now at the part of the install where I have to disengage the 02 sensors. I have the 02 sensor tool... Do I have to unplug the electrical on the 02 sensor or can I take the 02 sensor out with the wires attached?

Take it out with the wires attached. Count your turns on the way out, and make sure before reinstalling it you twist it the same number of times in order to avoid stressing the plug and wires by twisting it.

I'm not sure if I'm expressing it properly, but to try and be more clear: If it takes 10 complete rotations to the left to get the sensor out, prior to starting the threads back in, wind it 10 times to the left and start the reinstallation with the wires twisted up. After 10 turns to the right, the wires will be perfectly straight again.

Hopefully that makes sense.
