There is something I would like to know about the bumpers for '93-96 Fleetwood Broughams .Well, I am sending you two images of these cars and both of them are '93 and almost have the same mileage .
So, one of them looks to have a brighter chrome bumper than other one .It is because there are two types of chrome bumpers that are bright/polished and other one is brushed ?
If not why one looks brushed ,is it due to color for it that was faded away ?

A bit of chrome polish can bring it back to life. One appears recently waxed and or polished, the other just weathered.
