I just bought a 1994 Cadillac STS, and it ahas about 140k on it. The car runs beautiful, and to be safe I wanna change the coolant in it. It doesn't overheat at all, but it has been sitting and id like to change it. The question is that , is there a certain technique for flushing the system, and refilling the coolant. Is there any additives, or procedures I need to do, or is it just like any other car? Also should I use the green antifreeze, or the Dex-Cool?

Yup, '94 has conventional green coolant.

So, should I refill it with the green stuff, and not dex-cool?

Yes, Stick with conventional green. Dex will work, but you will not gain the extended change intervals. You'll still have to change it every 2 years.
