I have outgrown my CTS with my 2 kids and its time to go bigger. Was looking at a GMC Yukon or Escalade. Any good lease deals in the tri-state area?

You should be able to get invoice to a few hundred over invoice, many dealers looking to sell

I got mine at $100 over invoice, plus factory money and a 'package discount' (sport package), lease for 39 months with no cap cost reduction, including 7.75% tax is $855.00/month

Just picked up my 07 EXT 2 days ago...$2,500.00 total up front money. 24 month lease, 12,000miles a year...$641.00

Got mine for $744 / month for 39 months plus tax. $3000 below invoice. Sports package and all other options. $1424 drive off.

Crap. Suprego123 did a lot better than me.

MINE: AWD 07 Escalade, 18 inch chromes, climate package, roof (no NAV, no sport package) $745/mo, 39 mos, $1400 drive off - better for me luck next time I guess....

Wait, what do you mean "plus tax" suprego123? Mine is $745 , $1400 drive off, end of story. Tax was figured in already to all those numbers for me.

In order to better understand how good of a deal anyone got, it's important to list options. It's not the same a truck with 18" than one with 22's. Same for navi, retractable steps, rear entertainment, etc...

The truck they stole from me was fully loaded rwd. 2500 down plus 1500 rebate = 4k @ $860 a month with tax (7%) 39 month lease 10k.

Sorry to hear your truck was stolen. Getting scary out there. Mine is a AWD, sports package (22"), nav, dvd, power step, power seat release, roof, climate package. Total monthly is $806. $1424 drive off. Spend a lot of time haggling with the salesperson.

haveboost - totally agree. However, suprego did state he had every single opiton. I don't have every option - far from it in fact. Only roof, 18 inch chromes, and climate package. He has NAV, power step, 22s, etc His price, initially, seemed the same as mine with the same lease term, which in my eyes meant for the same price I could have had all the options. Meaning, I got screwed.

Since the tax issue has been clarified, it looks like I am in actuality paying about $61.00 less per month than suprego for my "less optioned vehicle" - which makes sense. I do not feel like got a terrible deal. Whew.

24months, 12,000 miles a year, $2500.00 total down....07 EXT, AWD, white diamond, factory 22's, nav, entertainment, climate package, roof, etc...every option but the retractable running boards...

07-27-07, 05:50 PM
sorry....$641.00 a month

sorry....$641.00 a month

That sounds like an AMAZING DEAL!!! Good for you!!:worship:

Hello all. Hey teutonictrio where did you pick yours up at? I live in Southern California and I am trying to work out a lease with some local dealers in O.C., they are pretty tough to work with, around here the dealers are spoiled - allot of wealthy people who really don't care how much they pay for a car. I am looking for a 07 msrp around 65k to 66k and looking for a 39 month low mileage lease (10,000 miles) I know the residual is at 60% and I am looking to pay around $800 out the door (7.75% tax) with about $1000 down. What do you guys think? Please let me know if any of you have had any luck in SO CAL. Also if what I am looking for is too much.

Thanks Guys

hey Teutonictrio, I noticed you got yours at Allen Cadillac In laguna Niguel, Who did you work with there? What was the MSRP on yours? It looks bitchen by the way Love the White Diamond and those 22"'s. I am trying to pick one up, I wanted to compare the deal I was offered by what you got. You said 0 down 39 months $855 including tax - that sounds like a great deal How much was your MSRP. Thanks For the help I really appreciate it.

Hey Kopier. Try West Covina - Crestview Cadillac. I got mine 3 weeks ago from them. Talk to either Patrick Gregg or Laura. Mine has all the options. Sports pack, nav, dvd, power release, climate, power step, roof. Total monthly is $806 tax included for 39 months. $1424 drive off. Cap cost is $61,046 plus $1500 "lease rebate" or whatever you call it. Good luck finding your caddy.

Hey everyone,
Sorry to let everyone down but lease payment are calculated by the lease rates which change weekly by the banks that are lending the money. Your final price is the next thing to look at. Your term has nothing to do with it because it is almost always the case if you choose the 39 month lease you come out ahead at the end of the term and as far as money down it will actually cost you more if you put anything down. Next would be the residual value, which is different based on where you live or purchase the auto. Also the market has a hugh play in the entire picture. Let put it this way.

Bay Area, CA
Purchased 2/27/06
39 month term
final price 65k
residual value 39k (good auto market because real estate was still good but auto sales sector has been down for 3-4 months means lower lease rates.)
Monthly payment $1,113.56
