Hey guys. Please help me out here if you need a spare tire wheel or just want a wheel or two to replace some curb rashed wheels. I have put up 4 wheels for sale on ebay. Only have them because I bid on a set of 4 when I needed a wheel for a spare tire not thinking I would win the bid. A few days later a buy it now new one came up for an OK price so I just got that one thinking I would eventually lose the $800 buck initial bid I placed on the set of 4. So here I am with 4 wheels after I took the worse of the 5 for my spare. The supposedly new wheel MIGHT be a refurb. I can't really tell for sure, but even if has some very fine scratches from being shipped around a lot. Just hoping you peeps here can help ensure I get something close to a fair final bid on each of these wheels. Also give you a chance to get a good deal on a spare wheel possibly. All have been checked and verified to be round at the tire shop. Thanks, heres the links.

This one has the most curb rash, but is still round (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220117161907&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012)

This one is in good condition, but does have two dings, no real bad rash (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220117163277&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012)

This one is in the best condition of the used ones, but does have one minor ding (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220117164364&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012)

This is the supposedly new, possibly refurb (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220117165913&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012)

Sorry guys. I can't help my english, other than to say I am an engineer and those of us with technical minds usually suffer in the vocabulary and grammar side of the world. You can look at all my feedback. The only problem is with two particular transactions. One was a kid that was using his mothers account who purchased a used phone from me for a good price, but didn't know how to use it and complained it was broken when it was perfectly fine for me while I had used it. The other was a guy I was trying to buy a phone from that wouldn't accept payment through paypal and tried to get me to sign up with some random site similar to paypal to pay him because he was apparently kicked out of paypal and has since been taken off of ebay. Sorry for the long winded response, but I will take care of you if you win one of these bids. I tried to get as good of picture of the wheels as possible so that you know exactly what defects the use of the wheels had caused and one of the wheels that was sold to me as a new wheel I am actually admitting it might be a refurb and letting you know it does have some scratches from being shipped around. I am just trying to be as upfront and honest about the wheels as possible.

BTW, was my bad english in these forum posts or on my ebay listings? I should probably correct the ebay listings if that is what you are referring too? Thanks for pointing it out.

I put in a bid on one for $75 and was outbid, and bid another for $75, which I am sure I will be overbid eventually. I dont need a spare since this is not my daily driver. Just would be nice to have.

Thanks. Any bid activity should help other prospect bidders confidence in the auction.

Just got overbid. Oh well. You should do well. Even trashed V wheels seem to go for $200 or so.

Your mistake was listing them all at the same time. Should have done one at a time. I think your bids would have gone higher. They might anyway though.

Sorry. I can never tell for sure on this forum. Has more diverse personalities than other forums I visit. Not used to the trash talk in a forum thing so much just yet, but it is appreciated when I get it. :thepan:

Yeah. I debated doing it that way, but taking wheels to ship out each week for a month seemed like a pain compared to just getting it done with. Never can tell for sure if someone might just decide to bid up all four or most of the 4 along with some others to get a set for winter or something also. As long as I get half my money back I will be happy for not having to make weekly trips to the shippers.

There is only one day left on this auction and just wanted to let everyone here know they are still only bid upto $102 bucks. Seems like a good deal to me. Particularly because I am still loosing a nice chunk of change on these things! Next time I will be more patient if I need to buy a spare wheel or will just pay full price at the dealer! I am just barely going to be saving money from the full dealer price at this point.

If I bid again, will you send it ups collect? Your shipping charges are a little high, my company gets better rates.
