I have a vacuum/fuel pressure gage and wanna check for any vacuum leaks but I have no idea where to hook it up nor what the needle's supposed to be pointing at. Anyone wanna help me out please?
Did the gauge come with an owner's manual?
If it was like mine, it should have a good How-To guide up front.
As far as the hookup on your particular vehicle, a place to start might be from the Factory Manual or - would you believe - even a Haynes or Chilton manual.
I know some of the older Chiltons used to have vacuum gauge checklists for my old AMC on a one-by-one hose, up to the A/C "tank" that modulated the vacuum for the A/C controls and which looked like a big, black, Tomato Juice can. But that was a long time ago.
