My wife's 98' Catera heater is blowing out cool air on the driver’s side and hot air on the passenger’s side. Can someone help me out?

Thanks for joining! Sounds like one of the actuator doors is stuck. The dealer should be able to confirm that. Try the Catera section for further info I think it is covered there. Good Luck. Post some pictures of your caddy when you get a chance.

thanks for the info. this is what i thought it was too. i tried to find the actuator linkage last night with no luck. i looked behind the radio. does anyone know where the heater actuator door linkage is located?
