Autogespot is running these new photos of a thinly disguised BMW M3 Saloon during testing.

No one knows for sure what Cadillac will bring to the table in the next V (09). Until then it's just speculation and guessing.

If it is price around ~$50-60K.. it will be competition for the V.

BMW did really well with the e36 4 door M3.. heck those cars still bring big money if in great shape.

I never really see to many of the 4 door E36 M3's. I think the only one I've seen in person was in the staging lane in front of me one night at Orlando Speedway.

On a side note....saw a really nice E30 M3 on the highway today. Some old guy whipping around traffic.

Well, the UK pricing was released.. and translating UK BMW pricing to US pricing shows that the new M3 coupe will probably cost around $63,000 here. I would say that a typically optioned one will be closer to $70k, which is pretty optimistic, if true.

4-Door M3s are cheaper than coupes.. I could have just snagged a nice '97 5-speed (Sadly, many are automatics which suck.. an automatic M3 is like a Fleetwood Brougham with vinyl seats) with 125k on it for $9800.

Red one on 17? Seen him a couple times... he's a club member IIRC.

And... if the new CTS-V sells in the mid-50s... it's going to give this car a serious run for its' money. A damned serious run. A lot of the areas that are giving the BMW boys reason to not buy the CTS seem to have been fixed on the new car... I can't wait to see the comparos come out.

BMW is also going to produce an M3 touring (wagon).
