I looked up and down the list and could not find the CTS-V or the XLR-V times. I'm pretty sure they were tested, but don't know why their not listed.

The original LS6 CTS-V lapped the 'Ring in 8:19 according to Car and Driver's initial review of it.

Car&Driver:
"...lapped the Nordschleife in 8 minutes and 19 seconds in the V - a better time than either M-car can turn."

Here's the company that the CTS-V keeps:
Porsche Carrera GT: 7.32
Chevrolet Corvette Z06: 7.56
Lamborghini Diablo SV: 8.09
Ferrari 360 Modena: 8.09
Porsche 993 Turbo: 8.12
BMW Z8: 8.15
Cadillac CTS-V: 8.19
BMW M3 (e46): 8.22
BMW M5 (e39): 8.28
Honda NSX: 8.38
Honda S2000: 8.39
Chevrolet C5 Corvette: 8.40

CAR magazine (June 2003):
"Sometimes you can be a little too pleased with yourself. GM engineers testing the 400bhp Cadillac CTS-V prototype at the Nurburgring Nordschliefe were all smiles after they'd offered the car to a BMW test driver who promptly beat his fastest ever M5 lap time. Until someone realised they'd just given the opposition a sneak preview of the fastest Caddy in history, that is. Doh!"
