Had good service at Clements Cadillac. Nice people. No problems.

I had one bone of contention. Employees told me that service manager would not allow anyone to give customers any advice on fixing anything.

He obviously wanted all business to come to shop. Makes good business sense, but it does create a loss of customer service.

Employees will answer your questions if you treat them right.
