edit: I was at Orlando Speedway one night when some guy in a Cutlass pulled up tot he line. He did his burnout and whatnot. As soon as he put it in reverse to roll back onto the line we all heard this loud snap. Everyone knew what it was...the retaining pin for one of the axle shafts let go. Well, sure enough, the light turns green and he floored it. the right axle went flying off the car wheel and all. That's what happened when you run slicks, or over sized rims on a stock axle.....bad things.:helpless: Makes for good entertainment though.
