I am looking to hardwire my Valentine 1 in my new 2007 SRX. Has anyone done this on the SRX and are the instructions located here good to follow? ----> cadillacfaq.com/faq/answers/v1install.html

Also .... Is there any member in NY that would be willing to assist me with the install??

Thanks in advance!

I hardwired my Cobra to the rear wiper toggle switch in the overhead console. Just be gentle pulling the cover off so as to not widen the plastic clips on the rearward end. (The 2 on the windshield end are metal)

Does anyone have pictures of an actual SRX install? I really need some guidance here

I could show you a picture, but there's NO WAY I could remove my overhead console again! Note that I said, above, that you should be gentle? I had to JB Weld the cover back on!!! :bigroll: :thepan: :hide:

Just so you know. If your detector detects laser it will not detect that high on the windshield. Trust me, I learned the hardway. 2 laser tickets in 3 weeks.
