:confused:Okay, time to ask you guys what I have here. It's a 1965 Sedan DeVille. The argument is that it has a 500 cu. in. There was also a 1976 Sedan Deville(I believe) in the family. One of the two had a smaller engine. Was there an option for a 500 in a '65 or not? Do we have the two confused?

The 65 has a 429 if it's original.

can't send you guys pics yet, car is sitting at brother's place. It is 100% original down to the hucaps. Some cancer at the skirts and front quarter behind the wheel well. Minor dent front left fender (grandma hit a big bush). The car was dark green with black vinyl top and green interior. Now, all of that has been oxidizing for several years. She is up for sale. No idea what they sell for. The car drives fine but I wouldnt want to run it any long distances for fear of the belts and hoses letting go. Tires are good. Just don't have the time or money to restore. Have any ideas on what this car is worth? I will get pics and post asap.

It's worth something to somebody, ebay it. I would guess $500 easy enough, maybe more if somebody needs some green interior stuff. I fell in love with Caddys after sitting in my friends 66 deville after school and smokin'; good memories.
It would have to be a serious roach to be worth just $500. If the skirts are the only thing rusty that's not bad.
Get some pics up when you can, you'll get some good value input here.
