Could someone post some pictures of their trailer hitch on their SRX? I've done a search but haven't found any pictures. I ordered a hidden hitch from a local dealer but he doesn't have any pictures either.

I don't have pictures at this time but I installed the GM hitch from the dealer and it works and looks fine. The only part showing is the receiver square and loops for the saftey chains.

This is the factory hitch; installed myself.

I will tell you the OEM GM hitch is better looking on the car than the hidden hitch.

Hidden hitch shows more.

Here's my hidden hitch at an extremely low angle. not very noticable from standing height. Also, the bigger receiver, which fits most all aftermarket hitches and bike carriers is worth it.

Just HOW can they call that a "Hidden Hitch"? :)

Do the hitches only fit BLUE SRXs?

Here is the side view, again low angle, of the hidden hitch. http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/3/web/2103000-2103999/2103794_9.jpg

Does the hitch part angle up when attached?

No, It's actually level. The undeside of the bumper has a slight upward angle, which is why at the angle of my picture the hitch looks like it goes down a bit. My motorcycle trailer (with 15" wheels) is perfectly level when I use a 2" receiver with a standard trailer ball on it (no drop or raise on the slide in section). I'm travelling, but when I get back in town, I'll take a picture with the trailer ball attached.
