OK guys; I did this on my Fleetwood when I lowered it but didnít take pics.. Did the wifeís car and took pics so this is how you do it!

I went to a local hobby shop and bought this Turnbuckle ..

you can use a piece of 8/32 all-thread too..

I heated the rod with a small torch and pulled the ends off ..

Then I cut the turnbuckle down a little

Thread it all together and TADA !!

the arm this snaps onto is adjustable and the turnbuckle gives you a fine adjustment so you can get it just the way you want it.

Here they are side by side so you can see how much of a difference there is..

Nice!!

Luckily your rear air shocks are still good! I had to do the alternative and go standard shocks & springs.

Another option is to cut the existing adjustment plate. Adjusting the plate all of the way down will yeild about 3/4" drop in the back. Cutting the plate to make the slot effectively longer will get the remaining 3/4".

Just crawl under the back of the car and look up at the upper control arms. You will see an arm with this linkage attached to it. This is the self leveler controller; works much like the ball-cock in your toilet. When the car rises to the proper level it shuts the air pump off. Pretty simple really. :)
