To swap out LTs and high flow cats for stock manifolds and cats?

I'm getting quoted $100 or more to swap, plus $58 for emissions, plus any fab work that would be estimated once I take the car in. Sounds like it will be around $250-300 total. I feel like I get ripped almost almost anywhere I go in San Diego so do you all think this is fair? (no i can't do it myself)

Thanks guys

I just got back from the shop and they are quoting me 7 hours of labor to get it done. So $576 to swap out the LTs for the stockers. Does this sound reasonable? I dont even want the stockers in there but need to get my emissions completed to register the car. If anyone here lives in Southern California and can help direct me please PM me. thanks

I installed my Kooks and hi/flo cats last year myself in my garage, and it took me around 10 or so hours. I'm not a mechanic (by any stretch of the imagination), I don't have a hoist, and I don't have all the tool benches to put things on like the pros do. I'd say 7 hrs to do the reverse of what I did is pretty close.

Thanks for the input. Did you have to pull the tranny or a motor mount to get them out?

For those of you who live in San Diego, what performance shop would you recommend?
