looking to do at least 7-8 or more trackdays per year... It is also my daily driver.

well ... when i called them last week to see about springrates basically this is the answer he gave me (he owns a CTS-V too)

500/550 on a DD car you're just lowering

600/650 for a mixed use car

700/750 for a race only car

I'm running the 500/550 but haven't had the "V" on the track with this set up. Like it much better then stock (now that the "clunk" is gone) and hope it will suffice on track.

Stiffer spring will produce better numbers on race days. If you can handle a stiffer DD I'd go with the 600's. If the shocks are adjustable, you can crank them up also on race days to help you out.

I'm running 500/550, lowered 1.0"/0.75" (F/R) with FG2's. It's a good compromise rate. I do a lot of autocrossing and prefer a somewhat loose set up as we run rain or shine and on sandy, loose surface venues.

I have 550/600...which isn't listed above. I commute 60 miles round trip and it is perfect!

I drove with 500/550, then traded with another member here.

Definitely --> 600/650.

Anyone have any for sale they want to trade up or something. Now is the time as it seems I'm changing everything on this car.
